About the Event
Our first 3-week series! Utilize a yoga practice to help navigate through the physical, emotional, and mental changes of new parenthood. Ground through simple meditation and move through postures and breathwork designed to appropriately engage, strengthen, and stretch to ease discomfort during pregnancy as well as support labor and delivery. Modifications will be available for postnatal women who are looking for a gentler practice and/or the opportunity to connect with other mamas. Investment is $45 per participant for full 3-week series, or $20 per participant for single drop-in class (pre-registration still required).
